First time ever writing a review but I felt like I should this time. Our air conditioner went out on Friday at 5:30 in the evening. We called and within an hour our technician Chris R showed up. Called to have a/c unit serviced. Marco, the technician, was very respectful and polite. He thoroughly explained the service I called for and what it included. Was not pushy in offering A Team svc plan. Took the time to explain the benefits and answered all my questions. He serviced the inside unit & cleaned outside unit thoroughly as he said he would.I saw him fulfill all his tasks inside and in outdoors scorching heat. He had excellent communication.
